WHAT IS FICTION
The literature of ideas something imagines about invention not existence in world, but if it were present will make life better. I think that fictions are the stepping stone for innovations which will unlock our dreams and set free the imaginations. What makes science fictions valuable is not that it produces predictions, but it provides inspirations.
A SPARK FOR FICTION
Many say that they got some idea or became intrigued by STAR WARS, STAR TREK and TERMINATOR etc., “Hats off to the directors”. I was really taken with R2-D2, one of the main characters in Star wars. He had an agenda, was cute, was funny and more over a machine. I strongly believe that innovations are nothing but which makes human lazy. But the ideas of science fiction or out box thinking will make human to come up with some products or features in gadgets which were beneath our imagination. A Pail of Air by Fritz Lieber, Jules Verne is a very old novel, around the world in 80 days and Five weeks in a Balloon. From the earth to the moon by again by Jules Verne proposed the notion of light-propelled spaceship.

HOW IT HELPED US
Imagination and Inspiration leads to Innovation. And this is how we got all our robot, geosynchronous satellite, communication satellite, computer worms, segway, wall-mounted home theatres, flip phones, virtual world and organ harvesting. Smartphone innovation really surprised me. Its mind-blowing how much they cram into such a small device. They can sense our heartbeat, blood pressure, stress level, distance covered by us and many more. Like a small doctor it comes with us. The security level offered by them are also massive, which took back to our olden days (thumb impression).
THE FUTURE
A study conducted by MIT shows that 63% of world population is optimistic that scientific and technology changes will improve quality of life, but 40 are afraid that the changes will make the life worse. Soon enough organ replacement would grow in labs, and drones might fly over our cities. Recently world’s first head transplant a successfully done at South Africa by Johannesburg a nineteen hour operation. Which indicates that a person can live for many years with a same head and the functioning of the brain, but too late “we would have kept A.P.J alive”.
Like we choose our apparel and smart phone, we can choose our child also. Recently I saw a programme in Discovery network, which showed that a couple will be modelling their baby how it should look, the hair style, skin tone, height, weight and many on physical appearance. Sooner it will enter the world if the society accepts it. But anything which is against the law will lead us into despoliation. Even in quality they ask for a CONTINIOUS IMPROVEMENT and when it comes in innovation think how it should be.
Out Box Thinking Is Important, But Should Not Think Without A Box WHICH IS THE LAW OF NATURE.
